Impact damage is more common than people think. Whether from an unexpected falling tree or vehicle collision, the consequences to the property can traumatic and extensive. Sometimes, the impact could possible lead to an instability of the property structure. Safety and security are paramount in these circumstances so that no further damage or injury may occur. As a precautionary safety measure, access must be restricted to the affected areas before proper evaluation by professional engineer or restoration expert.
Emergency board-up of the property may sometimes be necessary before commencement of the protracted multi-disciplinary assessments and/or repairs.
